Shipping & Handling
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, your location, and in some instances, the dimensions of the package. Additionally, a handling charge is applied to each order. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping and handling will be, and you will have an opportunity to not place your order should you decide not to do so.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is applied to every order. The rate applied is the same rate which the shipping carrier charges. The amount of insurance is for the total value of the order, less shipping, handling, and if applicable, sales tax.

Turnaround
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping Carriers
We use the following preferred carriers to deliver your order:
USPS
UPS
For those who wish to ship via a 3rd party shipping account or an alternate shipper, please contact us directly, and do not use the shopping cart and / or checkout system.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, the tracking information will be emailed to you by an auto response email through PayPal, or the USPS.com website. Please note that some orders using First-Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.

Orders Shipped Outside of the US
All orders placed outside of the United States ship via USPS Priority mail. If the total value of the order is less than $25 and weighs less than 16 oz, First-Class USPS mail may be available. There is one caveat. The order cannot ship insured. JT Amusements LLC may be able to ship First-Class, provided that the customer takes full responsibility for their order should it be damaged or lost. Should the order become damaged or lost, JT Amusements LLC will not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever, and will not issue a partial or full credit for the order. If the customer agrees to this, and wishes to ship First-Class, please contact us directly, and do not use the checkout system.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

Returning An Item
Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned. Your item must be returned within fifteen (15) days of your purchase.

Please email info@jtamusements.com to request a refund, and we will assign you a returned goods authorization (RGA) number. Please include the original receipt, and a signed letter stating the reason for your return.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Circuit boards and electronic items are examples of such items.

Merchandise that has, in any manner, been used or altered will not be accepted for either return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee or the return shipping charges.
