Pricing and Availability
The following are subject to change without notice: product listings; specifications; pricing; and availability. Orders shall not be considered binding upon the Company until accepted by an authorized representative of the Company. All prices and fees are in US Dollars. At its sole discretion, the Company reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts. Product prices do not include any federal, state, or local taxes. Additionally, the product prices do not include any present or future sales, use, excise, value-added, or similar taxes. The Company charges state sales tax for orders which are picked up at our location or shipped to a Pennsylvania address, unless the customer has a valid PA REV-1220 tax exemption certificate on file with the Company.

Payment
Accepted methods of payment for Internet orders are Paypal and money order at this time. If paying by money order, please contact us for payment information. All orders for local pickup are cash and carry.

Warranties
The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.

The following disclaimer by the Company is directed to all purchasers utilizing their online store. By completing the purchase process you as the purchaser certify you have fully read and understood this disclaimer and accept the terms.

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Company within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund. The Company will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, shipping costs incurred would be the responsibility of the buyer. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Please note that circuit boards sold in as-is condition carry NO warranty. The manufacturer's warranty would apply to reproduction circuit boards. However, any circuit board refurbished by the Company would carry a thirty (30) day warranty.

The Company is not aware of the purchaser or installer's installation methods, skills, or capabilities. Therefore, the Company cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the circuit boards, other electronics in the game, or to the game itself due to incorrect installation or mishandling. Likewise, improper testing and installation of "as-is" circuit boards sold in unknown working condition can result in damage.

The Company specifically disclaims any and all warranties with respect to any and all products sold or distributed by them, the safety or suitability of such products, or the results obtained, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and or any other warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for such complaints.

As the purchaser, you assume all risk and responsibility whatsoever for any and all losses or damages to persons or property including consequential damages arising from the use of any product or service purchased from this website, whether or not occasioned by the Company's negligence or based on strict product liability or principles of indemnity or contribution. The Company does not assume or authorize any person or entity to assume any liability on behalf of the Company in connection with the use of any product or service.

Applicable Laws (Choice of Venue and Forum)

The parties agree that the Pennsylvania courts located in Dauphin county, Pennsylvania, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement, and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
